Where's the support for the ones who pay for the Geocaching Classic app?, the premium price is too high, and the free option have 99% caches hidden. A few months ago, the normal caches where normal, but now they are premium ones. This hobby has become a business. The good and free caches are no more available if you don't have a subscription. I simply can't afford paying the subscription. I already pay when the app was a paid one, and at this date, I have the same features as the ones who don't pay anything. Simply unacceptable. There's a reason why the app is almost on the 3.9 rating on the Play Store. I used to love this hobby. I mean, I still love this hobby, but as a real bad relationship, I can't afford a relationship like this on my life.
Didn't have the option of buying just the app, so I pay for the yearly. The app is simple to use for finding Geos. For those mad about paying for app go use C:Geo app. Not as polished but is what I used before doing premium membership. Also this change has been done over a year ago, where you been? Get over it and move on.
Was really great as géocaching classic but now with the subscription or most of the cache are not available it as become money making ass sucking app. Seem géocaching wont ne from my vacation since there is only 3 cache on 50 i can habe information on...
Used to be a great app. Now with a large number of caches hidden unless you pay it's almost useless. We only geocache a few times a year. Paying for an ongoing subscription is a waste of money.
Great app. Too bad about the membership to get a lot of the caches but I haven't had any issues with the app itself.
Paid for the old version and now the new app wants a monthly/yearly payment. Now half the caches aren't visible.
We’re excited to announce the addition of souvenirs in the Geocaching® app! You can now view a list and count of all earned souvenirs. Souvenirs will be sorted by date earned with the most recent at the top.
Additionally, visual updates have been made to the Profile page in the app. The style now matches the updated styling on Geocaching.com. New information includes your join date, number of hides, number of trackables logged, and access to earned souvenirs.
