VA has better customer support. I tried to update my phone number, but the code will not send for me to "verify" the change. Quick search tells me this is a known issue with the app but no change to fix. No phone number to call, and after 4 hours of being consistently disconnected in the customer support chat waiting to speak to someone, I still was not able to get through. Makes my time doing health insurance claims with the VA seem like a fun and joyous experience in comparison.

Some reviews are touting an app that works seamlessly. Unfortunately, I have not found this to be so. The widget never opens the proper group. The app constantly has problems refreshing messages. I tried to end a group, and I got an error message. I tried to look at pictures in an old gallery, and I got an error message. I have tried rebooting the app, forcing it closed, restarting the phone... all without any luck to fix the issues.

3/28/2016 Using Android version. For some reason, I cannot create a group. Uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted cashe, data, etc. No change. I had to have someone else make the group and make me an admin. When I can make a group (rarely), I can't add anyone to it. Makes no sense. I've used it for years with very few problems. The new version is terrible and has ZERO support. Best of luck when using it. May or may not work. Even tried desktop view through browser. Nope, makes you use app.
