I love this app, I almost never rate 5 stars because you have to be nearly perfect to score 5 for me. When I've had to deal with customer service, they have been exceptional. The options are endless. There's always something I can find of value, and honestly, I got a good portion of shopping done with Groupon this year for Christmas. I was on a very tight budget thinking I couldn't pull off Christmas this year, and Groupon made it possible for me to get the entire family something.

I loved Groupon from day one. But yesterday, I was adding items to my cart. My phone almost fell out of my hand, and I accidentally ordered what was being added when I recovered it. Now, I've been trying to cancel my order until another date, but the system doesn't let me do it, although it gives me the option to do so. I'd like to have this issue resolved ASAP. Please advise.

It was terrible. The merchant stopped responding to me and it was 2 months. I contacted groupon support to get a refund but they were completely unhelpful. I provided screenshots of the interaction with the merchant and they just kept on telling me to contact the merchant. I don't believe that groupon support has the customer as a priority when dealing with these situations. I recommend never buying anything from groupon.
