I love this app, I almost never rate 5 stars because you have to be nearly perfect to score 5 for me. When I've had to deal with customer service, they have been exceptional. The options are endless. There's always something I can find of value, and honestly, I got a good portion of shopping done with Groupon this year for Christmas. I was on a very tight budget thinking I couldn't pull off Christmas this year, and Groupon made it possible for me to get the entire family something.

I loved Groupon from day one. But yesterday, I was adding items to my cart. My phone almost fell out of my hand, and I accidentally ordered what was being added when I recovered it. Now, I've been trying to cancel my order until another date, but the system doesn't let me do it, although it gives me the option to do so. I'd like to have this issue resolved ASAP. Please advise.

I bought a groupon from a merchant who was essentially a scammer. She marked them all as used & a bunch of people have been having problems getting their money back. I contacted Groupon in Oct about it & they agreed to refund my payment method for the charged amount. Fast forward to Dec, I contact them because still no refund. No answer. I contact them again in Feb and they decide to offer me Groupon credits. No, I want the refund I was promised in October. Like I can trust them now 🤦‍♀️
