The products and deals on the app r great, the app interface is clean and easy to understand and use. I would have given 5 Stars but the cust. service wasn't 100%. They were nice on the live chat and on the phone, but getting back to me took longer than expected. The problem was handled, and I got my Groupon, so all is right in the world. Over-all...I will use and recommend the Groupon app
I Love Groupon , however I had not used it in a while. I got busy but this is a site you want to make logging onto part of your daily routine. It will save you money and get you the things you need and want. The site is loaded with deals! I'm going to do all my remainder Christmas shopping on Groupon! I recently went back on the website after they sent me a reminder on a Groupon that I purchased that was about to expire. Someone else did the service for my son; so I forgot about the Groupon. Groupon let me do an exchange and I used my Groupon bucks on some good deals for Health & Beauty and 2 Educational courses. I highly recommended Groupon to everyone. 5 Stars Easy
I love using Groupon. It has many items on it that I didn't know you could get deals and discounts on. My only problem is that many items can't be sent to p.o. boxes. I was advised by someone in customer service that many items aren't sent to p.o. boxes for safety reasons. I had something sent to an address, and it was stolen. I think p.o. boxes should be able to be used to send items purchased. I would have my bag that was stolen, if it had been sent to my po box.
I bought admission tickets for the Willis tower skydeck from Groupon. However, due to strong wind the admission to the building was canceled per Willis tower management. I sent an email to Groupon to get a refund and it's being more than 24 hrs and Groupon did not even bother to replay back. Terrible customer service. Quite disappointed. Deleting app.
It can be pot luck if what you ordered actually gets to you in one piece or if its what you ordered at all! Customer service is poor, I wanted a replacement cheeseboard that arrived broken but they wouldn't replace only a refund but I wanted the cheeseboard. Problems seem to be with their GmbH site
WfI had an aawful experience yesterday with 3 customer service representatives. 2 hung up on me and the third was not helpful at all!!! I chatted with someone today who not only fixed my problem but went far and Beyond to fix the problem. Truly efficient. Hopefully I can locate her name and send it to you. She needs to be commended.
