About this app

My Workout Daily Log was developed by and for fitness enthusiasts. This app suggests strength training and cardio workouts to create a workout log on your mobile device to eliminate the need to record your workout in a notebook or on paper.

This app breaks down workouts by muscle groups and type of equipment used. Once you select your workout, you will be able to enter the weight used, reps, sets and other pertinent workout information about your performance.

Since this app was designed by and for fitness enthusiasts, the user is giving the opportunity to make suggestions which will be used in future version releases to make this app more useful to help the user to achieve their fitness goals.
