Updated:Snap shot only works if I uninstall and reinstall, then it works once. I have to sign in every time when I just want to see the account amounts, which is what snap shot was made for, I thought. Not convenient.... I did as you said. I thought it worked, but it's still not working. Just now I clicked the app, it is making me sign in (it also doesn't remember my user name even though I have the option selected), went to settings and it's enabled. Snapshot does not work properly. 1 star now.

We're sorry you've had this experience using the snapshot feature on our mobile banking app, Naomi. We recommend ensuring the Use Snapshot setting is toggled on by navigating to More, Tools, Settings, then Snapshot. Sometimes this setting defaults to off after the app is reinstalled.

Horrible layout. I'm not sure why they ditched the last app, but it was ten times better in my opinion. How can you go from better to worse? The green isn't even condusive with your logo. Also, I have both a consumer and business account. Signing out and in from one to the other is a hassle. I realize that it's necessary, but can you make it a little easier for people like us? Perhaps a grow business app? That would be awesome!

Using this upgrade has been a very frustrating experience. Even when it does work the navigation is not friendly. I have three accounts that I need to manage almost everyday and I keep having to re-enter my password, it keeps losing my thumbprint access and keeps asking me if I want it, even though only one account can have it. Now, for two days, it won't log in, keeps looping back to username, no error msg. I'd gladly give up the extra bells and whistles for the old app that actually worked.
