Would be nice to have fingerprint verification as an option but seems churlish to deduct a star for that. Apart from that, works perfectly fine - never had an issue on my many devices (S7, Android tablet, I-phone). Interface is clear, standing order and DD management a doddle and I particularly like the ability to let them know when you are going abroad.
I had only installed this app a few days before the new design, therefore I cannot comment or compare with the old design. However, I like the look of the current version and so far, it appears to do what you would expect an app of this type should.
It's one of the better banking apps but I can't log onto my mobile app version because of some security certificate it doesn't tell me about... and why can't I copy and paste names and passwords to log in when I can do this on the Internet version. I have to write the password on paper to get into the mobile app this seems rather counterintuitive
App has been fixed for a while, but was hesitant to rate to see how stability had been sorted. App works really great now, easy to use and a nicely designed layout make it easy and a joy to use. Very happy with it, good job devs.
Not compatible with Galaxy Tab S 10.5. Works fine with my Samsung Galaxy S7 but says it's incompatible with my Galaxy Tab S 10.5 running Marshmallow. Developers, please update.
Where's the fingerprint? Why can't we log in using our fingerprint like on iOS? It is 2017 after all, bit old fashioned to still be punching in letters/numbers don't you think..
We’ve made some changes so it’s now even easier for the simple things.
- Set up a standing order direct from a payment
- Tap & hold a savings account tile for interest rate details
- Reactivate an inactive ISA
- Get credit card and loan statements if you’re paper-free
(You can go paper-free in the app for most accounts)
