Never had an issue. Great app for sorting everything Bank out for me! Forgot my pass code once. Easy to change with a little phone assistance. If I had any complaints it would be to stop changing things around for the heck of it. No one like change for change sake. Used this app from its introduction, so know how many changes have taken place.
Ridiculous! Just got my Mobile Banking back after months! Was told my phone number would be changed and all was good. Have been locked out my account and was told to reset the password and MI WHICH I did. Only yo find out my phone number hadn't been changed! So I can't get back into my account! Was told I woukd receive a temporary password by text never received it and have to go to my back to update my phone number! What a joke!
Bl**dy farce trying to get logged in to my own account! Told I had to wait for a pass code in the post which took 3 weeks to arrive then when I try to log in it doesn't even ask for the pass code wtf?! Changed my phone number now it's saying I have no registered number so I can't login then tells me I need another bl**dy pass code...what for exactly where does this pass code even get input? Had no issues with the TSB app but this one is just a bl**dy joke and a waste of my time!
Never had a problem with this app untill a cpl weeks ago. Now it just crashes when authentication device screen comes up! Very annoying as I use this app daily!! Please fix asap!
*Something gone wrong?* App used to work fine but over the last few weeks it consistently displays incorrect available balance amounts and isn't updating with transactions quickly enough. Please sort out asap as the main reason people use the app is to keep track of their spending and balance!!
App has improved recently, but is still lacking in key features that other banking apps or the iOS version has, namely fingerprint login. Things such as quick balance view without having to login would be welcome I think too After a recent update the app doesnt let me enter decimal values, which is annoying for paying back credit card etc. Would appreciate a fix for that
