Using our app won’t affect how we contact you. Our emails will address you by your title and surname, and include the last four digits of your account number, or the last three digits of your postcode. I can't register my new phone (Motorola e7i). I log in, enter the memorable info, pass the security call, the app restarts and I can begin from the top... Uninstalled, reinstalled, gave access to everything on my phone, tried with wifi, mobilnet to no avail. Very annoying, considering that my old phone is not compatible with the app anymore (that's why I had to buy a new one).

Thank you B.O.S.! I am an old woman and technophobe, so it took me a wee while to muster up the confidence and download the app. I'm so glad I did! It is so easy to use and understand. I can check my balance and transfer money with absolutely no difficulty at all. Although alas a short while ago during the middle of a transaction i was frequently logged out. I eventually managed to complete it. Other than that I have no problem with B.O.S. & if I can do it then Anyone can. 😺

This app has worked perfectly up until now. Now after I log out and try to use the back button on my Galaxy S20 Ultra it crashes the phone and will not shut down the app. The phone just freezes. Update: I am using a Samsung S20 Ultra running android 12. It opens the app OK and all functions work perfectly BUT when I log off it crashes the phone. I have tried the fixes you gave me but it still crashes the phone. This needs fixing.

Hello. We’re aware of an issue that seems to be affecting users of some Samsung devices on Android 12. We’re investigating this, so please continue to keep your app updated to receive any fixes as we release them. In the meantime, if you have enabled gesture navigation or Samsung Pass autofill, please try disabling these and try logging in again.
