this is the worst app ever. starting to regret having smart meters installed. can never get a balance update on the app so am unable to transfer funds if needed. also have difficulty adding credit by voucher as it says error with voucher number very annoying. and why so difficult to activate emergency credit when needed to?? sort it out eon.
03/08 - surprise surprise - login error still not fixed - useless. Latest update - same error. I cannot wait to get away from this company. Going back to EDF - at least they can manage to release an app that works. Another update and still won't login - "an unknown error has occurred “. Do your devs actually bother to test their app? Still useless. Unbelievable - still doesn't allow me to login. Have had enough - will be switching providers ASAP. Never worked for me - always displays the the really useful message "An error has occurred, please try again later". Username/password works on desktop, just never on this app.
A very good system, if it worked. It takes way too long to load up account balance. On top of that I have had trouble the last 4 times I have tried to top-up it just takes too long. Apps, online, all of this business is supposed to make this more efficient. But E-ON system is rigged with inefficiencies. Will start looking for a new supplier, it'll be easier that trying to top-up on this amateur app.
Initially was unable to login due to an authentication issue, however this has recently been resolved and I can get into the app. It's functional and allows meter readings to be added on the go, next step: smart meter!
What on earth is the point in your transfer option? Which btw, is a great idea! If it worked. Balances never load, you wait, they error. So you can't transfer. They only ever show AFTER you've topped up, by which point you won't need to transfer. The whole app is terrible.
installed this app twice and still comes up invalid login. I'm a new eon customer so not a good start. had a reply from eon but app still not working even though my account is fully up and running. I hope eon preform better than the app
