After a event update,the app now states it has force closed. Even before the update,it would take a very long time to get a balance. Now I have to go through the headache of finding the number to top up by phone. The smart metre was designed to make it easier. The app doesn't correspond with that.
It's forgets your user name and password and doesn't even pre-populate meaning you have to type in your details every time. Google web browser remembers login details so I always use the website over this app.
It won't even load up when I tap on the app. Uninstalled and installed again and still won't work. I have done this a few times now, no error messages. When I do get onto the dash board I can't top up or see my usagethe circles just keep going round. I Can only top up when going onto the website.
Pointless. Even the engineer who came and installed the smart meters told me that the app was a waste of time. You wait for ages for it to "get your balance" only to have it say they can't do that right now. Trying to transfer balances? Don't bother, it still can't "get your balances". Complete waste of space!!
Been told I need to update meters. Smart Meters put in. Had to download this app. But it doesn't work in any way! Can't top up with it! At least the key and card worked! What rubbish service from Eon. Time to change to a supplier that can offer a proper service!
Pathetic app! The only thing it does well is take your money. Want to view your balance? Forget it, this app is a joke! 1 star is a huge overrated indication. More like minus 5 stars. Anyone that can rate the app higher must be working for e on.
