Over all a really great app. Simple to use, no faffing, Love that if I need to varify a payment, I can use the app to do it. Makes life so much easier. The accounts are laid out clearly, and the money is easy to move about. Only a couple of changes I'd make 1. When you get a notification to say a debit will be coming out next week and you might not have enough, it doesn't say which account from. And 2. At least let us add a nickname recipients if we have to use their real name to set it up.

Recently, in-app messages have appeared, which has made everything very bloated and laggy. For example, there is a message to turn on notifications (I have some turned on but just not all). This message isn't only on the home page, but it's also on every single page where I can see my transactions. There is then a message banner saying "Switch To Us." Under my savings account, a message banner says, "You could get a better interest rate." These also can't be turned off according to support.

When it works, perfectly serviceable. With that said, it's currently borked. Every time I go into the App in gives a pop up error saying the app has encountered an error (it hasn't) and I can close the app, wait, or submit a report (jokes, it won't let you submit a report, you just go back to the app and start all over again). This error will appear roughly every 5 seconds despite restarts, closes, clearing the cache (cash, geddit 😉) and any other tomfoolery. Basically unusable garbage.
