Easy to use, but doesn't always let me log on again after it's logged me out. This can be frustrating. It can be very confusing when looking at past transactions. Often the same one appears multiple times. Also I'd like to be able to take screenshots or copies of statement and searches. Even if this means I have to re enter my password to confirm I authorise this.

Does everything I need it to, haven't tried some things like adding payees, but finding and paying past accounts seems fine! Handy to add the various offers and seem my current balance. Since last review I have set up several accounts and it has been very easy. It checks the account name, and reassures you that you're setting it up to pay the right person (or business or society) even if you have spelt the name wrong!

Excellent means of personal banking .. and so far, very secure, although, being somewhat old - fashioned I still prefer to use a proper, walk-in bank. There are times, also when Lloyd's Bank Mobile are having problems meaning I cannot access my account, which can be frustrating. Fortunately the problems usually get resolved within a few hours. As time goes by there seems to be more and more banks closing meaning one has to travel further to access one! - not good!
