Excellent means of personal banking .. and so far, very secure, although, being somewhat old - fashioned I still prefer to use a proper, walk-in bank. There are times, also when Lloyd's Bank Mobile are having problems meaning I cannot access my account, which can be frustrating. Fortunately the problems usually get resolved within a few hours. As time goes by there seems to be more and more banks closing meaning one has to travel further to access one! - not good! Thanks

Good app but debit card notifications stopped over a year ago. I've been in touch with tech support who said they were working on the issue. Over a year later and no fix. EDIT: contacted again a week ago but had no response. EDIT 2: All notifications are working again, as soon as a purchase is made or money paid in the notification arrives immediately. Also gives a heads-up of imminent standing orders and direct debits as well as a weekly notification of debit card usage. All customisable.

Trying this again after several years. Lots of useful features that you don't get logging-in through a browser, and it's intuitive and simple to use. App notifications do not work on my device despite App & Android settings set to receive them. In my opinion it goes too far, sacrificing security for ease-of-use and features. Particularly alarming are🔸Logging in with only 3 characters.🔸Displaying your pin number on-demand. 🔸Lack of secure 2-factor authorisation (ie using authenticator app).
