All gone wrong. DISAPPOINTED! Used to work flawlessly. In the last few months I've had difficulty accessing it and have to uninstall and reinstall. Finally it's stopped working even after reinstalling. It tells me I've exceeded the number of devices I can install on. This is not true. The same two devices. DISAPPOINTED!
Great Great app, I use it pretty much daily to keep an eye on my accounts. I know some people fear these things but I like to check on payments and incomes without having to go to the bank or fire up the laptop. I love that my bank is in my pocket along with all my other gadgets.
Longggg! Im sorry we tried to call you one or more times but didnt get an answer, so we have to send you a password by snail mail to set up our app! No you called once and hung up before I answered, then you never called again FIVE times. I know it wasnt my phone because my mum rang it and checked. Now I have to wait upto 7 days. So much for smart technology!
Great app Does everything you need and hardly ever any issues with bugs (maintenance taken care of quickly and often with little inconvenience). Lloyds are good at updating and adding new functionality. The only glitch I've had is with the 'Going on holiday' function which doesn't seem to filter through to your account very well. Otherwise a pleasure to use.
Can't login or anything else The app doesn't let me login / log out etc. On launching the app I get the device authentication screen and then it tells me I have been logged out with no options to get back in / reset etc.
IMHO Lloyds Group has the best apps. Information is presented clearly and the app is relatively feature rich, avoiding the need to switch to the website. However, I would like Lloyds, Halifax and BoS accounts to appear in one app, with access to a common payee repository. I would also like to see prioritisation and conditional logic added to standing orders (e.g. pay in this order only when the balance exceeds £x) and the removal of the outdated 'bank working day' concept.
Note: We know customers using Android 4.1 – 4.2 are currently unable to upgrade to the latest version of the app. If this affects you, please don’t try to install the new version – just keep using your current version. We’ll fix this problem as part of the next update.
