Ratings and reviews

Worst mobile app performance as its been such an never ending process to find or do something with the app. Too many bugs, doesn't show us accurate information in need. Reset password doesn't work, Instant pay doesn't work. It's becoming very hectic every month to do a very simple transaction from your mobile app, wasting too much time in it just waiting or expecting for the app to work one or the other day. Highly dissatisfied.

GRT app was made primarily for the purpose of online payment for the monthly schemes. But they are scamming us by not letting us pay whenever the gold price goes down. On 11/06/2026 gold price was 13,350/. I tried several times to pay but the app was saying "Site under maintenance", "Something missing" or I will get an error at the time of payment. But today(12/06/2026) Gold price went up by 270/. (13,620). When I tried for the first time payment was made. They are looting our hard earned money.

1. Firstly, the app takes a lot of time to load. 2. Then requires login everything of use so that one can save/wishlist/purchase items we come across. 3. Navigating out of the current screen/page is difficult because everytime, one has to use the back arrow button displayed on the app. Not the default back button on one's mobile. These issues need to be addressed to make ease of customer experience.
