App works fine, but the customer service sucks. I have had two seperate issues with orders being canceled without me being notified. The second time, the customer service rep decided it was a good idea to lie to me and tell me my food was on the way. On top of that Uber Eats is now available where I live. Lower fees and faster delivery? Don't mind if I do.
Easy to use. Service has been poor lately. Lots of missed orders where the app notifies me the order was received and an expected delivery time only to find out it was never processed by the restaurant... Customer service is less than helpful and their solutions fall short.
I started using Grub Hub a few months ago and it's great. I have never experienced a problem with the app using my LG G3. Orders always go thru perfectly and Grub Hub often overestimates delivery time, so food is usually early. That is a pleasant surprise. It was most appreciated when this household chef was injured. Hoping for even more local restaurants to join soon.
This service has gone severely down hill. About 50% of the time, the food is at least 30 minutes late and you have to call customer service. They send someone else to get the food, who is also late. Then they say they will give you a free order. Except they give a handful of $4 coupon codes that can't be used to get a free order, because only one coupon works at a time. Annoying, but still useful.
This was the app that I used all of the time. Then I tried to order from a restaurant that uses a third party delivery service. Grubhubs handling of the situation was to hide my horrible review of the delivery and ignore the fact that it took 2 hrs after the scheduled delivery time to get my food. Foodler only has local businesses with their own drivers. Give them a try you'd be surprised at how many restaurants are on both.
Order History disappears very quickly. There should also be an ability to see the ratings THAT I SAVED for all the restaurants while I search. If I have had a bad experience with a restaurant once, I don't want to order from there mistakenly again. I have pointed out this issue multiple times over the years, but the company hasn't listened. As a customer who uses this app almost everyday, I hope to see this functionality
