This app works fine until you try to track your order. I always get an error when tracking and no restaurant reads the delivery request. So I can't tell them not to ring the doorbell and I don't actually know when they'll arrive. And heaven forbid the drivers check the order. Good luck.
Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Cannot log into my account, talked to a representative on the phone and told I HAD to talk to a member of the online chat team. Chat representative told me I had to email customer service. At this rate I will be taking my business elsewhere to a company that values its customers
It's a great food app. Definitely not always perfect, but if you contact support they will remedy the situation. Delivery fees can be quite high for some restaurants so just look out.
Would be better if we didn't need to click any button to see the order status if we open the app. If I have a pending order, it seems pretty safe to assume that that's what I'm checking on. Also, please add support for adaptive icons, it looks out of place without it
Wish they did a better job holding the restaurants accountable. I get tired of so many times money is "held" from my bank account then my order gets canceled because of a mistake by the restaurants
Restaurant adjusted price on some sushi because it was incorrect. Only a dollar and change but it's the principle. Not to mention the restaurant is getting slower and slower. I see no advantage to using the app.
Throw another log in the fire and order delivery. This update makes the Grubhub better than ever with a few behind-the-scenes updates.
