There are other apps just like this but not with the same CEO The CEO is absolutely ridiculous regarding his comments about the election. I hope he does get sued and loses, hopefully then he learns a lesson. Whatever presidental candidate his employees decided to vote for should not impact the job they have nor should they have to feel judgement for it. Absolutely disgusted

Ive used grubhub before Recently i use delicious deliveries and doordash because theyre faster and easier to use. I also like my local small startup called zoom in Scottsdale phoenix area. Fabulous customer service!!! I know now i will never use grubhub again as it seems they are practicing intolerance and ignorance at any level let alone ceo!

Clumsy app with poor geographic coverage It doesn't even work in most of the area that I would use it. It seems much faster to just go out and get something to eat than to screw around with the app.
Worthless CEO I had deleted the app and previously never reviewed it. However the CEO's view of "agree with my collectivist mentality or you're fires", smacks of fascism hid under the fake shadow of liberal tolerance, needs to be met with the scorn it deserves.
Anti-American app boycott Is that one boy said he reinstalled your app after your comments he deleted it a long time ago. Meaning he probably don't have no money to invest in your company but I can tell you I ordered 3 or 4 times a week from you guy's not anymore. I use this app on where not to eat! If I'm to let a company to force their political views on me and the will of the people and their employees then that company will not get anymore money from me. I have used them in the past and did find their service under par. Capitalism is alive and if you don't like the company don't use them. They will go out of business!! I used Grubhub many times and was overall satisfied with the experience until I started seeing orders that were never processed. Apparently the app does nothing but pass your order on to the store -- the difference being that if you just ordered from the store directly, you'd know they received it, but often, my grubhub orders would end up in some queue somewhere and never be seen. The result was that when lunchtime rolled around, the restaurant in question never had my order, and I had to start all over (but late, now). Grubhub is one of those solutions in search of a problem to solve. It's an unnecessary middle-man app that adds cost to your order while doing nothing for you. Avoid the app, and Grubhub online, and just order directly from the restaurant of your choice.

The CEO must go. The CEO, Matt Maloney needs to be fired/replaced after his controversial email he sent out to his employees about resigning if they supported Trump. Great app for providing restaurants Except for the one time my order was not placed, this is a good app. Though it can be better by providing pictures of food items to all restaurants.

Not American One is the lowest I can rate a company whose CEO doesn't support our American democracy. We have elections and we live with the results...
