Ratings and reviews

Far fewer options than other delivery services and often showing places are closed when they're not, or vice versa. ETA is always extended as soon as you confirm your order, then is never correct. Often times my food will be delivered but I don't get notified until 30-40 minutes later. You have to constantly watch the driver on the map as the eta and notifications are insanely off. The entire interface and rate system is both complicated and lacking at the same time.

Tracking map is extremely annoying: lets you zoom in or out, but quickly resets to show only a few blocks around the car. I always want to see both the car and my place, & before pickup I want the restaurant too. The only point of this feature is for the customer's information--not for GrubHub, or driver, or restaurant. No reason in the world for it to override user's choice. Never seen another tracking app that thinks it knows better than the user. More like a power trip than help.

Barley worth it, and I have it through prime! big hassle to use compared to other services. many times it has shown that no places are open and won't show you any options. have to close and open the app several times to fix this issue. the plus version doesn't even take off all the service fees, just the delivery fee.
