This application has so many bugs and issues that cause drivers to lose money and continually give them a worse and worse experience that has only gone even more downhill in the last few years. The app is laughably inadequate at notifying new offers, especially compared to other delivery gig apps. In addition there are numerous software bugs relating to being assigned multiple deliveries at once. None of these have been fixed in months or years, and, as always, support will never ever help.

There are a lot of bugs within the driver app. Especially when it comes to Android auto. None of the sounds come through Android auto which I had to do a workaround through app sounds which doesn't necessarily work properly, the app doesn't do any kind of navigation which makes the app shut off and because you can't hear any notifications the app shuts down then you can't see any notifications so you wind up missing opportunities, and the app randomly stops working and you miss opportunities

My experience is not the worst but it could be better, for me it's system issues with orders I'm really hoping is available and ready, and that's an issue with me, over time I've been left with a few dollars from a considerable higher paying order, get to the restaurant and the order is not showing up in their system what's up with that? Another thing too!! Don't text if an order unassigned send an alert. I've had issues with that as well.
