This app worked well up to a point but then it repeatedly had 'internal errors'. I wanted to use an offer received via email but it was not available on the app because of these errors. This just made up my mind not to go to Oporto any longer. The food is not too bad but it is tremendously overpriced. Directly, Nandos is better and I'd rather eat at Zambreros anyway. Oporto, if you're going to have an app, make it a good one or you'll continue to lose customers. Au revoir poulet!
As far as loyalty programs go, this is a good one. The minimum redemption is small, claiming is easy and there's no stupid catches. My only gripe is that the "view past transactions" button covers the number totals at the bottom of the loyalty screen. Move it to a new tab.

I want to use my points and suddenly "member does not exists" (sic). I have plenty of spam emails form them telling me im a member... So I guess Iv lost $50+ of rewards gone? No more oporto for me.
Useless when staff say oh sorry I've put your order through already. What is the point in arguing at drive thru especially for a big order. Find a better way to gain rewards because your lazy staff are not interested in actually doing their job and roll their eyes when asked to scan the app. Exception being Enfield store their staff are actively promoting the app and checking when I forget.
Logged out and forgot my password. Repeatedly asked for a password reset to be sent to my email and nothing ever came. Now my rewards $$$ are trapped forever :'(
We were in a bar talking geek and some random mentioned that our app asked too many questions on sign up, classic randoms. After a few “umms”, “uh ahs” and head nods we agreed. We’ve now made the sign up process so simple my nan could do it. She’ll probs still complain though, partly because she doesn’t have a smartphone. Other than that we’ve done nothing. nothing at all. Enjoy team! x
