Not sure what the point is of an app where you can only access the menu once you've selected pick up or delivery, especially when your local store doesn't offer either. I just want to know what's on offer and how much before ordering at the drive through. For this, one should be able to view the menu regardless. Not travelling across town for an order only to return home with cold food. Not wanting it delivered for this reason either. Other features and the design is an improvement, though.

This App is so clunky! Tried to order from it the other day and it kept telling me that the delivery option wasn't available for that item, even though I selected click and collect! Then it crashed, had to reboot, reload my password and verify. Would have been quicker to go into the store and stand in line!!

If I could give 0/5 stars I would. I have never been able to successfully complete an order through the Red Rooster Apps at my local Tweed Heads store. The old app didn't even know the Tweed Heads store existed, so I couldn't make an order. The new app has the store 'closed' when it is quite clearly open. I therefore can't use the app deals. I've also previously had problems with input of Amex details as it doesn't allow the 4 digit security code (built for other cards that only have 3 digits).
