Péssima experiência. Agendei pedido, às 08h01, para ser entregue entre 08-09h. No app informava previsão de esperar de 15-30min. Já são 10h15 e nada. O chat com IA é inútil. O botão de ligar para o entregador também não serve para nada. Nunca mais. Cliente perdido. Farei questão de nunca comprar Ultragaz nem direto das revendas.
