About this game

Welcome to Talos-II, a world of breathtaking beauty and constant danger. The earliest settlers braved wars and disasters, and through more than 150 years of relentless effort, they carved out a foothold and laid out a new foundation for humanity — the Civilization Band. Yet most of this world remains untamed. Vast wildlands and uninhabited territories stretching toward the horizon still await exploration. Every step forward is shadowed by threats — whether remnants of the past or dangers never before seen.

Expansion and exploration, as well as continuity and progression, are the eternal themes throughout the evolution of civilization, and the ultimate pursuit of every life that constitutes it.

As the Endministrator of Endfield Industries, you will lead your operators to defend and expand the frontiers of humanity. Your Originium engines rumble in the wildlands while production machinery works around the clock to deploy new AIC Factory production lines. Explore the world of Talos-II and gather various resources. Use the AIC Factory to overcome dangers and work with the operators to build a better homeland for humanity.

A new era of change has dawned upon this ancient world. Time to make your choice, Endministrator.

So, I gave this game a try because I've been trying to play with a mobile controller. Safe to say it did, and also suprised me, both with how detailed it is, and how there's 3D animated cutscenes, similar to Genshin, which makes this feel more like a console game. Now I haven't gotten super far into the game yet, but I managed to progress with paying a penny on anything, and , on that note there isn't any pop-ups, which is nice compared to other games. Glad I found something new.

Gameplay is genuinely fun. The operators all look cool. Combat, while similar to other ARPGs, feels different with a team of four running around. And I like the factory, as confused by it as I am. That being said... Game is stingy on summon and weapon currency (the latter mainly coming from the former by summoning). Like, very stingy. Which is horribke for a GACHA game. Once you come out of the honeymoon phase and get all the new player rewards, it just dries up. Spend your oroberyl wisely...

I play on PC/Android/PS5. Biggest "Kryptonite" is that the banner guarantee doesn't roll over. So if you don't get the banner character you lose all progress towards a named 6 star. The plus side is it's pretty casual so far and the story is good. I like that all characters are present in combat not just the controlled character and the others will help you find loot. Some of the characters do seem "Pre-censored" but their designs are nice. factory gameplay can be complicated but it's unique.
