• Welcome to the GSL Index app, your real-time window into Index survey data and respondent experiences. The app lets you track response rates and overall results within a timeframe you set, and dive into property-specific data to monitor campaign progress.

• View interim results, including Index Scores, NPS, overall ratings, and demographic breakdowns.• But what's really exciting is the app's "Experiences" section. Powered by AI, it analyses and categorises free-text and video feedback, assigning a sentiment (positive, negative, or neutral) to each response, giving you an at-a-glance view of the overall feeling on any given topic.

• You can explore all comments related to a specific theme in an email-style inbox. Transcribed media comments are linked directly to the original video or audio content, accessible through a swipeable carousel. You can even favourite comments for easy follow-up.

• Refine your data view by filtering by date range, city, individual properties, or even a custom group of properties.

• Finally, verify survey completion and prevent multiple redemptions with our built-in code checker. Simply scan the student's QR code or manually enter their completion code for instant verification.
