The app was never perfect but when they updated it and got so much worse. First off is the entire menu doesn't seem to be there. You should be able to make any sandwich a wrap and it doesn't offer you a choice of bread for the sandwiches. Then there are other issues about logging in etc. I feel bad because it seems the employees are just as frustrated with it. We order so much food on apps because it is so much easier ordering with families and groups than over the phone. Please fix

Avoid. No problem with the app, but the delivery, communication, service, and accountability, specifically at the Herndon, VA location could not possibly be worse. No way to contact delivery driver, no manager on duty to speak to, and going on two hours waiting for a delivery. Finally canceled. Won't ever be purchasing here again. GC
