TERRIBLE! let's just say if I'm able to get through this time and take my money out, gtbank won't be seeing any transaction from me for a very long time. The old app was working just fine, then someone decided to get fancy and mess it all up. Now I can't transfer nor make a simple purchase online. If there's anything lower than 1star, I would have rated this app, cos this is not it at all!

Ever since they did that massive migration and upgrade, everything feature in the app has become something else. Accounts are not displaying, transaction history is lagging, to the point that it says one does not have an actibe account. It is 2025, and I am using the desktop application and token to carryout transactions! The loading speed is horrible, you would definitely go run errands and come back and the application is still loading. As a big corporation this is a big SHAME!

Horrible log in process, this new update forces you to use your phone number and the otp won't show up after several attempts, until you are barred and asked to wait for about an hour. Why isn't there an email or account bumbwr log in type. This has got to be one of the worst bank updates. Now several people won't have access to their funds because of an unsolicited and not fully thought out process.
