The old app worked. It was plain, it was clear, you could access everything you needed. Then someone decided to "reinvent the wheel," and this new app is the most frustrating experience so far. Crashes, says there's no data when there is, you can't see your transaction history as seamless as before, and some transactions take a while to post, making you second guess yourself. It's like GT had a meeting to discuss, how can we make our user experience more annoying, well done.

Slower than a snail! Shows this message at login and for transfers after inputting password: "We are looking for your data, it might take a moment". Sometimes loads at login for over 30 mins! I use 2 fast & stable 5G networks. I know it's not a network issue on my phone cos other apps work well (including Netflix, which streams without buffering). Also, the option to login using biometrics has disappeared. At least with biometrics login, this annoying never-ending loading wasn't an issue.

What's going on GTCO? Ever since the design overhaul, my app has been opening fine. I even updated to the lastest version hoping for smooth experience, but I had gone more wosre. I am rocking the lastest update, the app no longer opens again. It's stuck at the login section. Making it very very difficult for me to perform any transitions.
