Truly horrid end user experience. Long load times between most interfaces and frequent bugs stopping progress entirely during the approval and signing off process makes for a grueling experience. A third of the time one step in the progression just doesn't work without reopening that interface, not to mention the, albeit infrequent, times when the app requires a total restart. Thoroughly unsatisfactory. Had I any other option I would choose that one because this app is inadequate. Do better.

App is HORRIBLE since the latest update. It took me 4 days to get the app updated. Then it duplicated time entries. When I deleted the duplicates, it also deleted the original entry. FRUSTRATING!!! Finally got that straightened out but when approving, the entries are out of order and confusing. Then, when approved and signed off, it takes an excruciatingly long time to update the entries and these last two items are not fixed!! I just sat here for 20 minutes waiting for the app to update entries

I'm not sure if it's an issue with Android compatibility, but this app has NOT been a good experience. My first time using it (over a year ago) they mixed up my timesheets and ended up overpaying me...so I had to pay them back. Now, I'm at the point where I have to delete and redownload the app every single time I input a new shift. It's frustrating. Would not recommend. The support staff are nice and try to help but there is only so much they can do I guess 🤷♀️.
