1. Why I have to set Next Launcher as default home screen replacement each time after some devices restarted?
A bug in Android system 4.1.x causes the problem. If you happen to encounter this issue, please download Next Launcher Patchin Google Play and follow the tutorials to fix it.
2. How to avoid home screen elements loading problem?
Please do not install Next Launcher 3D into your SDcard. It will help avoiding home screen elements loading problem due to SDcard loading delay if you restart your phone or remove SDCard.
3. How to use icons in GO Launcher themes?
Install a Go Launcher theme -> Click “Next Key”- > Click "Theme Mix" -> Click the shining desktop elements -> Find the GO Launcher theme and apply it.

OMG! Define backup please! 4 phones I've had this installed on now and the backup file has yet to ever work or even be available when I needed it most. Just made a new backup file today ON THE SD CARD so it's protected. Performed a full restore and once again the backup file is nowhere to be found!! Hours and hours of customizations lost again. I even use multiple clouds in full auto to backup my phones. Everything worked perfectly but next launcher backup. What gives guys? Why doesn't your backup function correctly?

Unbelievable app! Best in every detail w/ great updates! I have had this launcher for 2 yrs and it's still the best one ever! Has something for everyone. Plus it keeps getting better too! What happened...... I've used this for years and it was great... Would have recommended it to anybody and the price was pretty cheep too.. Loved the design and really enjoyed the 3D look.. But suddenly it started stating that it couldn't find my Google play purchase and basically locked me out of my phone until i either got a trail version or Uninstalled it... I chose to just uninstall it and just reinstall it hoping the issue would resolve itself... But it won't... I don't know what happened but i plan to wait a few more days

I really like this app. It's easy to use and setup. It's EXPENSIVE but worth it! Your friends will be impressed with its many features (eespecially the transitions) and the swipe to notifications(swype down anywhere home screen) and settings (swipe up anywhere home screen). I lowered the rating because of swype down not working and NO RESPONSE from Tech Support here or email.

A World Beater Took a while to get used to it after using wiz for so long, but once I had there's been no going back.. This shell is at the top of the pile when it comes to smoothness, personalisation & of course it's great look.. Tons of free extras to.. Thanx ten million.. Plus 3D mode is VERY cool...

Looks awesome, but battery killer Wow, looks absolutely awesome, really impressive. But then I discovered on Nexus 5 I lose 15% battery every 30 mins, even with most features switched off. Phone dead from 100% in less than 4 hours, without doing very much. Standard launcher lasts about 12 hours under similar use. Only for phones/tablets where power isn't an issue.

Crashing on s7 edge I never had a problem before and now on my s7 edge it's not working and keep force closing. Isn't this supported on s7 edge? I came from my lg g4 and it still works like a charm. I tried reinstalling, but same thing. Any help is greatly appreciated. Cheers! I love this launcher by the way

Suddenly started crashing I can't get Next Launcher to stop crashing. It will not start up after reinstalling. I tried several times to reinstall and never get past the screen that opens the first time you use it. Now Go Weather doesn't work either.

Recently started crashing Note 4 Worked perfect for two years but a couple weeks ago it started slowing all phone operations to a crawl. My phone is now unable to open many applications and will freeze/restart on its own. The phone has been running perfect since I uninstalled Next launcher. Great app when it works, please fix this!

I think the 3D mode is having problem with Android Nougat. At first it will work, but later on an error will come up, so I have to uninstall and set up the whole thing all over again. So far the 2D is working. That is why I still like it. But it would be better if the 3D will work without having problems anymore. Please fix it. Thank you.

ADS I bought & have run this app happily for several years on three devices & am now glad I didn't rate it. After shelling out an outrageous $15, I'm now getting Facebook ads when I swipe the bottom shelf from right to left, what the hell is that? FIX IT OR SEND A REFUND. If fixed, I'll edit rating to four...if not, it should be a -10.

You're paying for ads basically Practically every theme contains ads. I wasted 17 bucks on this theme to be harassed by full screen ads when I unlock my phone. This developer should be banned from the app store as this is an outrage. These themes say free but have ads within them. I bought this launcher a long time ago and I wish I knew then what I know now, that this developer only desires to take your money then continue to market you by shoving ads down your throat. Stay away from this launcher.

Trash app. You pay for pop ups I'm running the paid version and it's just a scheme to get you to pay for stuff that should be built in. Pop ups constantly. If wanna know what the weather is doing ill look i dont need or want a pop up telling me. Don't get go weather its a ploy to get you to pay more on a polished turd.

Regret purchasing The pace of development is abysmal and no real improvement is evident. It's slow and a battery hog. This is the most expensive app I've ever bought and I am thoroughly unimpressed. Seems like all of Go Dev's offerings have steadily gotten worse.

Horrible experience... Can anyone help, please! Set up new version... 40 minutes to set up 7 screens in 2d mode . Phone was perfect. switch to 3d mode and not one part of my set up migrated to 3d. What a horrible experience! Set up should copy from 2d to 3d. Should not have to setup twice for 2 modes within the same app. Please help!

Would be nice if we had the option to apply theme style only, theme icons only, or both. It looks off/weird in the app drawer when a theme is applied, and the icons have mixed themes. And there's no way to revert to just the regular default icon once a theme is applied (theme becomes default). Nonetheless, still the best launcher.

It was working just fine until yesterday. I got a pop up message that says unexpected error and I need to report it which I did but I did not receive a reply. My screen goes black and it keeps blinking! When I uninstalled the app it works just fine but when I reinstalled it, its acting up again! PLEASE FIX!!!!

This was great on the HTC 10! ( However on Android 7.0 Nougat it crashes on startup, and then keeps cycling and trying to start back up again. I can't get it to load for 10 seconds at the most now without it crashing. )there's one thing that I really long for compared to the Nova launcher. It is the ability to put widgets like the spotify, pandora, or other non related widgets in the app dock. In the Nova launcher, you can do that. But in the Next Launcher 3D shell, that is one of my favorite features that I feel I am missing out on. If that feature was implemented, I would HANDS down rate it not only 5 stars but really touch on how it is the greatest app launcher in the app store. Thanks for listening to my suggestions! LG G3, only a week old. Not worth 17 dollars if every plugin is chock full of adverts. The plugins (weather, battery, a toolbar, etc) all have links in the shell, yet are barely functional without purchasing a separate premium package for 19.99. That's a total of $36.98 +tax for a home screen replacement. That's not just ad removal, you MUST pay for complete functionality. When you uninstall, it leaves residual files that require to pay for their PRO file manager and cleaner to remove on I request a refund!

Claims I haven't bought it. I have paid a lot of money for this app. It worked spectacularly till 2 days ago. It started saying that it couldn't locate my purchase on google play and then shut down. This issue needs to be resolved asap. It's infuriating.

App has been on all my phones for years because of the ability to customize. Since Nougat its way too glichty. C'mon guyz...its not as if u didnt know Nougat was coming. Update description says "known bugs fixed". Fixed for what version of Android back in 2016? Time to move on I guess. Play Store should force devs to pull PAID apps that are abandoned for this long so new users dont get suckered into downloading stale apps that wont get future support.

Droid turbo 2 Still don't work. WTF. I paid for it and have been using Next for 3-4 years n haven't had many big problems until this new update. Forces close and won't open at all. Will give 5 stars when issue is resolved.

No pop ups or ads for me I bought this app about 2 or 3 years ago and I never saw any ads since I downloaded it on 3 phones but your back up feature doesn't work and not a battery killer on my phone (lg stylo 2) and its so pretty and there still is a very good selection of free themes

Got the paid version, love it... I really love this app and how much you can customize it. However one thing if I can add please. Can you please make it possible to change the font AND colour of the font apps please, I really need this. Other then that, can't fault it

Not for s7 edge Worked fine for my galaxy s6 edge. Since I got the s7 edge it keeps crashing and I have to uninstall and reinstall in order for it to work and when it does work it's with limited functions. I'll give it another shot if a other update comes, if not I'll move to another launcher.

Spaceship?? Very confusing. Does spaceship actually do anything other than a starfield animation for a few seconds? Seems completely random and pointless (?) The whole thing feels quite old hat these days. Hasn't really improved or changed much from a few years ago. Feels more over-burdened and cluttered than slick and futuristic.

Love the app, but.... Just upgraded to Android 7 (Nougat) and the launcher keeps force closing. Not really bad because it opens right back but can be annoying. It seems to happen especially when I receive notifications. Hope you guys are aware of this and are working in it. I have used other launchers and this is the best.

It use to be the best, will give 5* rating if Devs ever decide to update. Been using 4+ years and never had an issue. Since latest Nougat update certain features are not compatible or working. PLZ UPDATE.

The launcher itself is beautiful and very smooth. But I am very disappointed because for $16.99 the apps should stay organized in the folders you create. If my battery dies or the phone restarts all the apps have to be put back into the folders. I have even tried to contact the developer with no response. I dont think it is worth $16.99 especially with the glitches and poor customer service. It has been a few days now and still no response. After emailing the developer three times with no response I am uninstalling and requesting a refund. Very disappointed!!!

Fffff Too complicated. My home screen isnt a game, if i wanted a trippy high techno game i'd downlod one. Every 'wallpaper', 'theme', 'next app', leads to a seperate download in google play. Obviously a forced marketing scheme.. the intricate homescreen layout is missing many fundamentals. The customized location of apps is a pain. Dock gets in way of samsung pay. Scrolling interferes with edge panel. and setting up my homescreen drained the battery like crazy. I didnt even last 7 hours using this. Money back? :)

This launcher has stopped working on my phone recently. Just force closes and leaves me on a blank screen. Sad because this is my favorite launcher for years now. However, for as long as I can remember it has this bug when I try to line up icons on my homescreen. It snaps them out of place as soon as I let go. Would like to see this fixed as it's still a problem 2 years later.

I used to love using this launcher and it was great. It is very customizable and light-weight. However, since my S7 Edge was upgraded to nugget. It crashes all the time. I had to uninstall it. Sucks because I paid for it and have had it on my last three Android phones.
