I've had a disappointing experience with GTPL's customer support. My internet connection was unstable, and getting help from their team was a struggle. Calls and emails were mostly ignored, and when I did get through, the advice was ineffective. Technicians' appointments were repeatedly rescheduled, often without my input, and the issues persisted even after visits. Very basic app. Does the work.. but needs so many improvements. Adding channels, editing pack is really hard and confusing for new users. Needs to make the interface more interesting, user friendly and easy to understand. Please add options where we can directly recharge from google pay, paytm etc. It makes it much more easier than using this app.

Dear User, to buy a new Digital Cable TV pack, a service request will be raised. For Broadband, if your region supports it, you can easily buy plans via online payment; else a service request will be generated. For renewals, if your LCO is registered for online payments, renew online, else contact your LCO directly and renew.

Very annoying app. App is very slow and in app many time I not able to see my purchased plan. Customer service is very bad. They say all the time your problem will solve in 24 hours but they can't do that. Many time I get massage that engineer will arrive at your address for solve your issue but they can't reach and in app they saw your problem is resolved. But problem is as it is not improve anything.
