This is whe worst app and worst network In hav seen since 10 years of my service period in cable tv field. The most worst option in the app is emabling auto renewal of total customes in entity. Auto renew will give you a discount of 10₹ per customer. The main issue is customer not paying when the stb is renewed automatically. We have to suspend the respective customer who's bill is pending. If customer didn't pay the bill you have to cancell the subscription.

The new update has a major flaw that 1.wallet balance is not updating after placing the order. 2.every lco types the stb number while searching or ordering so i suggest you to change the positions ot stb and account no. 3.while changing the catageory from account to stb while searching the entire number is getting erased.

Add the option - search account no by searching coustomer name like in web version of GTPL SAATHI . Also the option to change a single channel from multi alacarte list , it was there in web version few months ago but for some unknown reason it removed after a while . Please add that option again in the order section , it was very time saving .
