Definitely not ready for prime time yet. After numerous attempts, I was finally able to get it to connect on my Samsung S10. But it only showed a 70 percent charge on my fully charged battery. Reconnected the battery and let it charge some more. Had 4 solid lights on battery, but app still said only 70 percent charged. Also unable to add a second battery (I bought 2). Renamed 1st battery, but it still can't see the second one.

Note 20 ultra will not connect at all. Specifically went with this model because of app functionality only to find that it's not compatible with the latest line of Galaxy phones. No update for months. Edit: Since my initial review they have released an update that does in fact pair with the note 20 ultra and seems to work relatively reliably.

App doesn't work or is incompatible with my Galaxy S10. Initially I thought it was due to a faulty jumpstarter that I purchased, so I returned it and exchanged for a new one. Same issue. I got the unit to pair via bluetooth in my S10, but the app won't recognize it and let me love on. I cc'd called and left messages with customer service and haven't gotten a response or attempt to resolve this issue.
