Definitely not ready for prime time yet. After numerous attempts, I was finally able to get it to connect on my Samsung S10. But it only showed a 70 percent charge on my fully charged battery. Reconnected the battery and let it charge some more. Had 4 solid lights on battery, but app still said only 70 percent charged. Also unable to add a second battery (I bought 2). Renamed 1st battery, but it still can't see the second one.

App doesn't work or is incompatible with my Galaxy S10. Initially I thought it was due to a faulty jumpstarter that I purchased, so I returned it and exchanged for a new one. Same issue. I got the unit to pair via bluetooth in my S10, but the app won't recognize it and let me love on. I cc'd called and left messages with customer service and haven't gotten a response or attempt to resolve this issue.

Well I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. I have a Galaxy Note 8, the Bluetooth connection took about 20 seconds, I had the battery fully charged about 4 weeks ago, the reading was 95% and I had the car recharged and ready to go within minutes. It pays to be Blessed!! 👏🏼😎
