Worst App Ever Everyone who is writing good reviews about this app must have been paid by tyhe developer because this app doesn't work. After installing this app, I ran the app hoping to change the name of a downloaded game. For those interested? This app only changes the name when you've clicked on this app. It does not change the app's name as it appears in the "Applications Menu" and it does not change the name of this app as it appears on the "Home" screen. Do not waste your time with this app, its's nothing but wasted space on your android phone.
Works Great I have an LG Optimus Pro on AT&T. This is simple to use. The idiots that post one stars don't know how to use the app. All you need to do is rename the app and click the button that allows the new shortcut to appear. If you don't click Add Shortcut after you rename it, then it will not work or if it does I cannot figure it out.
Nearly Perfect Makes changing app names easy. Note that in the change window apps are not sorted alphabetically. Also, some app icons do not resize properly - some become smaller than original, some get blown up so only the upper left portion of the original icon is what you will have on your home screen. But for a free product I am NOT complaining.
IGNORE ALL PEOPLE WHO WRITE THAT THE DEVELOPERS' HELPERS ARE COMMENTING Ignore the 1 star ratings BECAUSE ITS NOT THE DEVELOPERS THAT ARE COMMENTING! WHOEVER SAYS IT IS BASICALLY SAYING THE DEVELOPER HAS 500+ ACCOUNTS AND USING THEM TO COMMENT. FOR YOUR INFO, ITS NOT!
Works Perfect!!! Everybody Saying It Doesn't Work, You Have To Change The Name Then Make A New Home Shortcut!! It Helped Me Hide Apps Because I Could Change The Name Of The App With This, And Then Change The App Icon With Another App. So Now Nosey People Can't Tell I Have Kik Because It Looks Like "Calendar" On My Home Screen. Works Perfect!!
Works just fine took like 3 seconds People who say it doesn't work are just not following instructions click the app change the name and add the shortcut to home screen remove the old app because your making a shortcut with a new name not actually changing the original app name.... Plus mabey you have to be rooted like me?
