I love the bank in it's self but I dislike the app. I hate statement vs available balance. few banks have that anymore. I also don't like not being able to get alerts for every transaction! I keep the required amount to get 5%APY but they do a split rate because I may have too much money in there. that's crazy to me!!! guardian is soon to lose my money if they can't upgrade

The account balances shown are not accurate or current. The app we used prior to upgrading to this was worked perfect. I always knew exactly what was pending and what the balance was deducting the pending transactions. There is no need to have a quick balance check page if you can't trust it to be correct. This app is not as convenient or simple as it should be. Up to date accuracy is a must for mobile apps like these.

Terrible! They actually receive your SSA! On Direct Deposit! And decides to distribute your Funds whenever they wish! Not Professional!
