This new thing ABSOLUTELY SUCKS, have had nothing but trouble since it was implemented. Have had to change the password twice had to call each time to get it done. My ID went from the having 2 caps in it to no caps when I tried to change it back it wouldn't do it. Thought that it was done to the discretion of the customer NOT the bank. If its not broken don't fix it. The way the account is brought up is a disgrace and all transactions are done a day behind from when they were made. GARBAGE APP

Garbage app much like the website and bank itself, literally can't see documents on the app and the website will just error if you try to look at documents, can't wait to be done with this bank.

can't get the ap installed on my phone. have to go thru the web page. ridiculous
