We came here for our 4th annual vacation and in the past I would have given 5 stars regardless of the inflated cost. Unfortunately, this year, the experience so far has been really average. Seems that maintenance of guest experience has gone down. Things not working i.e. digital key on the app, dishwasher not drying dishes, broken towel holder, broken balcony's curtain, light out in the ice maker to name a few. Called housekeeping for room supplies-things were missing. Easy fix for 5 stars.

The water park was great. The room was really nice on the surface until we tried to close the blinds, many were broken, the blow drier, broken and the TV remotes all needed batteries.

It was nice but needs some updates, the entrance to the hotel beautiful When you enter to check in beautiful but walking to your room through those hallways it look like a different hotel and the rooms advertised on the website dont like the same in person but close ,could've been cleaner ,but the staff was decent/nice .... I don't know if I would stay there again ...
