Good at first glance, but document verification is a mess, there's no response in days, not even to follow up emails. Update a few months later: after much effort I got verified, started using, got good reviews, now suddenly all devices logged out, saved password not accepted, password reset email not coming. Paid a bunch, again can't use. š Btw. Their response is such, because I'm not using my Gmail address on their system.

Love home exchange. However the app never recognizes my searches. Even Paris, France. I have to scroll over the world map (if the nap will load, which is rare) and zoom in on the city I want to search. I should be able to type in the city name in the search bar, but it never recognizes any cities. In response to home exchange's response to my review: the cities rarely pop up in autofill. I can type Paris, France and nothing pops up.

I removed my recently created account because I wasn't able to change who gave me the invitation. And now I can't create again any account. I have been talking with AI and human agents (the human is asking me random unrelated questions, so not sure if it's a real human) for some days. I can't start using your app, and your responses are so poor. I am having such serious problems just getting started with your app, I can't even imagine the issues I might have managing things regarding my home.
