Concierge feature doesn't work--trying to send a message to someone who theoretically is supposed to provide digital support doesn't generate message. Without this working, you're left on your own, with no other apparent way of talking to a human if something goes wrong. For a lodging service that claims to be technology first, this is basically a broken customer experience. I'll be wary of any future hotel booking sites that point me to a Jurny property.
App doesn't work! I tried to unlock and lock the door but nothing happens. I had to wait outside the apartment for over an hour trying to get in. Good luck with getting support, they don't have a phone number you can call and they don't respond to texts.

The penthouse I got for my wife was excellent! Extremely neat, clean, and large. They made the process very easy and were easy and fast with communication responses as well. They had just about everything we needed already there when we arrived. Definitely booking again soon!
