Our college made us purchase the soft copy of a textbook during Covid, which was made available to us through this app. This app keeps malfunctioning and has a lot of bugs and a day before my exam, i couldn't even access my book.

I bought the English Grammar in Use and app has many problems. For instance, the buttons to listen to the examples are extremely non-intuitive. Why don't you guys put one button per sentence in the same way as the Grammar in Use App? It's much better. Also, I'm always having problems with highlighting things. The app selects more than the sentences I want and I'm always losing time of study and my patience.

The session is constantly expiring after not using the app for a few minutes, meaning that you have to log in over and over again. It also seems impossible to add books directly from the app if you bought them physically, in which case you have to redeem the code by logging in to their website, which, you guessed it, logs you of the app.

The new update does not allow multiple sessions and logs users out of the account after 90 minutes of inactivity. This was implemented as part of the new security measures on the app and platform. Please contact our tech support team for any further queries at: ptsupport@cambridge.org
