Limited methods of payment, and only accepts Visa instead of MasterCard. It would be better of other methods of payment were to be included.
The app hangs occasionally, also, I think there shouldn't be an expiry on the top-up balance. After all, we are topping up the card with cash, so it should work like cash. The discounts for iCard aren't really worth it as I have to keep topping-up a min.amount for the balance, and I'm compelled to watch movies at GV just so I can spend the balance
Horrible user experience. It should integrate with your Google login account or at least ask you to login first. In order to see my bookings I have to enter the last 4 digits of my credit card and my nric. What a pain in the neck.
Could be a much better Buggy and terrible UX. Constantly crashes and hangs just as you are about to confirm your tickets. The navigation is unintuitive and constantly prompted if I want to exit the app.
Your app does not work Is your app working? Kindly check it, or you're just getting credit card numbers? What a waste of time.
Disappointed I suggest that GV should seriously look into improving the app. It's kept on lagging and unable to access to the page. It's done more discredit to the company to have a app that frustrated the customer.
