Downloading the audio files for the tour takes years, completely defeats the point. It's not my network, downloading the app itself or a YouTube video is fine. Edit: I finally downloaded the file after about 30 minutes of waiting. When I tried to use it it...failed to load? And when I restarted the app, it showed as if I still needed to download the files. Trash app

The download never works. Forces you to rent from them. The people working the rental are super rude and not helpful. Then they act like they are doing you a favor because they let you rent it. Terrible. Just go knowing you will have to rent because this is garbage, then it will not upset you when you have to deal with snobby rude staff. Seriously, we are both engineers, and it was not possible to get it to download.

Just shows red start screen, never works even after reboot, tried on two different android phones.
