*Common wire (c-wire) not required for most applications. Does not work with baseboard heat and some other systems. Common wire (c-wire) is required for heat only systems, cool only systems and heat pump systems.

Ratings and reviews

Room temperature is inaccurate. The thermostat actually works pretty well but the temperature sensor for the inside is a full 5° off. I wish there was a way in the software to adjust this. Also the little graphs to explain trending have no hourly marks on them to make the information worthwhile the app could certainly use an upgrade or some refinement. It's still on version 1.0. Also the temperature graph it's pretty useless because the app doesn't display the actual settings of the thermostat.

I got this because I wanted something I could check on with my phone and. Change temp when I wasn't home..the install was not easy had to call a professional and even he had issues but he is a great guy and got the job done like I knew he would. But I have tried twice to give feedback thru the app it wouldn't do it.. the App itself is difficult. I put at temp for it to be 76° and it switches itself back to 90-92°. the app needs work.. it's a little difficult to work you need more to the manual.

The app just flashes and doesn't open. It does this on all our phones. This defeats the purpose of having a smart device. We can't even run on our tablets because the text is so big I can't see everything, and it is the only app that way. It does not allow me to change that. So, the app is worthless as is.
