Ratings and reviews

Can be a bit clunky, particularly with location awareness. It's very easy to order from the wrong store particularly if there is more than one in your general area. I've sent and order to the wrong store a couple of times now and no way to cancel or otherwise change the store. End up paying for nothing and having to place a new order at the correct store.

I don't see the point of having an app on my phone 24/7 that requires me to log in every time I use it. I thought that maybe there'd been an update that blanked my details, but after I logged in and ordered, it immediately dumped me back to the front page - not logged in again. The staff members I saw were lovely, but seemed to need me to show up before they started working on (at least) my coffee. Honestly, the food was a little cold too.

DO NOT use this app. Ordered from the app and made a mistake in my order. Tried to contact their customer support immediately to rectify the problem, but it was just an email form. Went to the store and told them within 2 minutes of what had happened and to let me modify or cancel the order. They said that their app and the stores have no communication with each other and that I should contact the national headquarters which of course didn't answer their phones so we figured, common sense, they'll sort it out later so we placed an identical order as we had been told but lo and behold, a week goes by, finally I get a call from their app's customer service only to tell me to get stuffed, that I placed the order and had agreed to the terms and conditions and that even though I told the store immediately about it, that it never happened and that I'm making this whole thing up. It's absolutely absurd and baffling that G&G is willing to upset a customer up so much over a silly order of $20. Do NOT order from their App. it's absolute rubbish and it's insane that you can place an order online but the store has absolutely zero control over it. Best if you pay at the store if you really want to eat here. Go read the other reviews from their stores. The only reason these guys are still in business is because they and their competitors are the only games in town. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, thank you very much :D
