Ratings and reviews

Can be a bit clunky, particularly with location awareness. It's very easy to order from the wrong store particularly if there is more than one in your general area. I've sent and order to the wrong store a couple of times now and no way to cancel or otherwise change the store. End up paying for nothing and having to place a new order at the correct store.

I don't see the point of having an app on my phone 24/7 that requires me to log in every time I use it. I thought that maybe there'd been an update that blanked my details, but after I logged in and ordered, it immediately dumped me back to the front page - not logged in again. The staff members I saw were lovely, but seemed to need me to show up before they started working on (at least) my coffee. Honestly, the food was a little cold too.

Recently I cant pay using Mastercard or Google pay. Happens on app and web. Card works fine in other stores. Re-entering card details does not help. Bank says card is fine and it is the merchant app. No way of contacting support. EDIT: Literally no way to contact support through web or app, developer response: please contact us. Logged a support ticket weeks back and nothing. I wonder how many other people have their credit cards blocked and now shop elsewhere. Losing money is not an incentive.
