Good program Pretty good, especially for a free version. Not as easy to use for me as I originally thought it would be, but fine enough. A little confusing to make your own workout programs and it limits the number of exercises in a workout. Overall a decent program.
Right now I am sure that's not for me.... I had a time and have log in. But can't understand completely all things .... Maybe I'm so stupid to that... 😐 App- looks good , but ...... Not for everyone... 😞
Pretty good Good for a free APP. Its a bit triky to do individual exercises instead of a program.
Needs more exercises for people who cant afford exercise equipment.
Good tracker Good app for the gym, has just about every excersise you can imagine, and doesn't crash at all. Can't ask for much more than that!
