Perfect bodybuilding app for men:
- 3 Day Split. It’s a basic workout program with weight lifting of our workout routine maker to gain weight. Train 3 times a week: day 1 - shoulders and legs; day 2 - back and biceps; day 3 - chest and triceps.
- 4 Day Split. This is one more gym bodybuilding workout routine of our workout log book that differs from the 3-day split by doing leg workouts on a separate training day.
- Super Mass 5 Day Split. The gym machine workout routine of our workout recorder for a more detailed work of all the muscles.
Fitness workout app for women:
- 1 Day Beginner Workout. It is a workout tracker for beginners in which gym coaching consists of basic exercises for health and fitness.
