Wellhub is not worth it in my area. The app lists very few gyms in the lower tiers—often none within a reasonable distance or tier price and the ones shown have no idea they're part of the program. Staff couldn't process check-ins, leading to weeks of frustration and support escalations that went nowhere. It feels misleading to promote partnerships that aren't properly set up. It's more hassle than benefit.

I got Wellhub through work. I have digital now, which is actually great, and am looking at the differences between upgrading plans, but can't seem to find a simple way to do this. I can't look at a gym and find out what amenities are available in the plan I'm looking at. There's no list of differences. I use the contact form to try and connect with someone in customer service, but it comes back to an error page. Not sure if it would be worth it to upgrade...what if I needed service?

more popups please. To update (January): I was just surprised that the gym I was attending with Wellhub got moved to a higher tier. I discovered when I tried to check-in onsite (Berlin). I would appreciate a heads up - I would not extend my membership if I knew this gym would not be available. Maybe through one of the annoying popups? At the least it would be a good use for these. Only bad experiences with this app and service.
