I was offered this app through work. Used the old Gympass app a couple times. When it was updated to Wellhub, I went to complete setup and quit because it won't let you advance unless you click buttons to turn on location history and enable notifications. There is no way to skip these two screens-no X to close.or button to skip, only the buttons to enable location history and notifications. Poor and intrusive design. Not interested.

Ever since work transitioned from TotalPass to Wellhub, it has been a nightmare. The gyms available through this app are poorly maintained and lack quality—they don't even offer a proper gym chain in my city. The few decent options come with excessive restrictions. On top of that, it’s overpriced, the selection is disappointing, and customer service is terrible.

The concept is great but I've never used an app with such terrible UX. The previous gympass app was great, since it became Wellhub it has all these little bugs that don't make sense, why would you for example show gyms on the map view that are not in my plan when I explicitly tick the filter box stating which plan I'm on? Half the time the map view won't even load and that's not because my phone is old or my internet too bad. If this doesn't improve I'll cancel my subscription
