Gympass is an awesome service but the app is absolutely GARBAGE. I went back in to restart my membership and couldn't select the plan. Then my partner tried to setup my account and she had to open a ticket. It's just a difficult interface as a whole. At least give me an error message as to what I'm doing wrong but idk it's just not all that you'd hope for but I'm still signing up again so just hoping for improvements on the UX/UI

To be clear, gympass is an amazing employee perk. However, like others, I think the app itself has a horrible UI. I'm giving them a star back because at least they added your favorites to the main screen. One of the most frustrating issues is, for some studios, when I book a class, it sends me an email that it's booked, but it doesn't show up in "my bookings" or on Mindbody. Personally, I just wish I could use the Mindbody app and have Gympass there as a "payment method."

Great service, horrendous app. It constantly logs you out, seemingly takes 40 clicks to get to whatever it is you're looking for at the time, and the search defaults to NYC all the time (I am in nowhere near New York). The most annoying thing is that when I trying to search, it keeps asking me for me email even though I am logged in. It's a shame, because the concept is great.
