The Gympass/Wellhub account is good; the app is awful. 1) For all the gyms run by the same company (e.g. Everyone Active) only the company name (or the first few letters) is visible so you don't know which gym is which 2) the search and filtering functions JUST DON'T WORK AT ALL - if I filter on swimming it shows Zumba classes and doesn't show my local swimming pool! 3) adding favourites does nothing useful. 4) I've had several no-show emails even though I've checked in properly

A 50% increase of the price today ? Are you seriously out of your mind ? Well now that this is more expensive that my actual gym, I see no reason to keep it! Used to be good, just like many apps before them, greedy owners will loose their customers little by little, removing the only one thing that kept them here, a lower price that the actual gym!

GymPass as a concept and service works really well. I am only able to sustain my gym routine as a consultant who travels a lot thanks to this app. However, I'm very disappointed by the search feature which is non-existent on the app (there's a button for Find Gyms, but when I click it, nothing happens) - I have to go on the website on my mobile browser to search for gyms. Once this feature gets fixed, I'll be able to supply 5 stars.
