date: 4-May-2025 Problem: i have no access to my surveillance system, i have tried too many attempts to login via your app,but still stuck on the login screen.

sometimes it won't connect. sometimes alarm wont come, or it comes late. wouldn't recommend it.

The time settings doesn't work. The ccctv is out of time frame and can't be changed. The motion detection doesn't playback recordings. The whole app is badly made you can't click on options to do anything. The CCTV I paid over £700 was a waste of money because of these issues and you have to buy cloud storage to have motion detection that does not even work. I wish I bought a different CCTV system
